I've been having skin rashes and itching for 3 days, mild pain in lower stomach, difficulty in urinating, headache in middle and back of head, body pain and feeling dizzy and weak, also feeling a bit cold at times

Tab. Norflox 400 one tab twice For Five days. Plenty of water orally Tab Atarex 10 mg one of morning for ten days
