Hi, I'm 22 Years old, and i'm suffering from Headache and Night Vision Problem Continuously From Last Month, i dont know whats going on. sometimes i have a problem to Speak also Sometimes Choking and Swallowing as well. please tell me what i hve to do now?

U need to get a CT scan of brain or if finance is not a problem go for MRI brain to rule out any lesion
