Headache and feeling weak

3 yrs back she fell down then we have consulted the doctor with medication she was fine. Again she fell down 5days back. She feels head is heavy weight and feels too weak. Could please suggest me what needs to be done. Thanks in advance Suresh

hello may be hematoma would have formed or small bleeding may be der ct or mri should be done consult neurologist for physician for further evaluation and treatment.
