Hi mam .. iam serving in army iam using revital H from yesterday . today i take 1 capsule after breakfast after that i feel soo tired and sleepy i sleep deeply for 4 hours (2 pm to 6pm) after wake up feel soo tired and mild headache is this any side effect of this capsule need help
