Headache and blurry vision
I have headache these days every day and burning sensation and nausea blurry vision my eye sight is -3.75 and -4.00 dr prescribed me olapat eye drops but when I use it increases a lot I use contact lenses at work but still find blurry vision
Are you a regular computer user if so it's likely to be the computer vision syndrome and the problem gets worsened by antallergic.all 3 ie 1computer 2.contact lens 3 olopatadine cause dryness and sitting in ac adds to the problem.
Please put some lubricant and follow some precautions as advised by ophthalmologist.

Have got your glasses rechecked recently? If no, then get that done. I would recommend you to shift to spectacles and stop using contact lenses for a couple of weeks atleast.
Next Steps
Add artificial tears - eg genteal or refresh tears eyedrops 3-4 times/ day.
