Headache & foam in stool

I have the problem of Headache for the last 15 days, which is the time of morning and evening.  Which is cured in 15-30 minutes after taking salt water.   Some other problems which are from last two three years as follows.  Foam in the stool, feeling weakness and fatigue throughout the day, sometimes a mild headache, sometimes going to the stool two to three times.
