Headache after working hours
I'm suffering from severe headache after working 10 hr in Office. I am using spects with certain power as per doctor's precicription. I can see clearly but having severe headache. I feel like not to open eyes at all after coming from office. I feel headache on scalp also some time. I'm not sure this is because of migraine or eye defects. Please clarify. Please find the attached image of my eye powers.

Try
A.cold compresses
B. Restrict use of mobile and laptop
C. Use antiglare glasses
D. Take a break of atleast 5 minutes after every one hour of work
E. Use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis.
