Had mushroom in lunch. Facing blurry vision, headache and nausea. Not able to understand what's happening.

Most likely you are allergic to mushrooms are do not take mushrooms are the mushrooms that was given to us not good quality to avoid mushrooms and take tablet pantop d 1 tablet once daily empty stomach for 5 days
