This is for my brother he is 23 years old and he will get headache that's why I need help from the surgeon he has shown to clinic but the doctor said no problem but my brother is facing same problem is I have to scan the head please help me doctor

Hello there. I can understand your concern. .you can give him a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 2 days. If it still persists, get him Checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. He will be able to help you further. Headache isn't a case of general surgeon.
