69 year old lady is experiencing backside headache and moderate dizziness from past 3 months MRI report is attached. Impression : Periventricular and subcortical white matter ischemic changes (Grade I Fazekas).  No acute infarct or haemorrhage seen.

She needs to be examined and evaluated further, and rule out vertigo and hypertension. You may consult an neurologist for the same.
