Head hurt in fall

My father fell down and got hurt in his head at parietal bone with mild swelling. NO unconscious NO vomit or dizziness after fall. No blood. However After 2 days, he feel tiredness and talks slowly than regular speed. Apart from that no vomit , no headache , no ear sound. What could be the reason for tiredness Dr. ?

Does he have any weakness in any of his hand or leg. Was he on any anticoagulant/ antiplatelet drugs. In old age as brain shrinks there is potential space between brain and skull. There are chances of blood collecting there even with very trivial trauma.
