Head,earache eye pain since 1 month

Intermitttant right side headche since 1 month,the pain also radiates to the right ear and around the right eye with associated fever,which is both in the mornings and evenings lasts for about 2-3 hours,non productive cough,nausea in the morning,loss of appetite and loss of wieght. The headache is on the perietal side.
