Headache when i travel with flight or i be in fast wind on drink cold or have some alcohol or any oily food or anything which is dry to eat or have wet hair for some time i tend to have headache and severe which does not go with one paracetamol i then sleep and sometimes that does not work too i have sensitivity with light and sound too , so i dont like too much light or high sound i dont usually put earphone too sometimes onky and my left head gives pain i need guidance to resolve this problem totally
