I am a programmer and my job involves sitting in front of computer for entire day. From last couple of weeks after I start my day in office my head started to ache and it feels heavy. It happens after 2-3 hours after sitting before PC. My eye sight is good and I dont wear glasses.

Since you are a regular computer user.hence you are having computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids
