Continuous watching of tv made me to have this head ache I guess. How can I get rid of this could you suggest.

Get your eyes tested .if you have refractory error then watching TV for a long time puts a lot of strain on the eyes causing headaches. Take paracetamol 650mg. If there is no relief then see a doctor.
