And nowadays his tongue is very dry n becoming white I think his weight might come down we haven't checked so please is it sugar condition orelse digestion problem

Digestion affects blood sugar level. So just because BSL is high does not mean you have to start anti diabetic medication. What type of gastric problem is there? Please elaborate that. So that accordingly medication can be planned to cure it.
