Hi I have had a patient diagnosed with HCV on 2011 and he responded well in the treatment End 2015 he got some relapse and we continued the pegasyl Ifn copegus with aome on and off till the end of 2017 Symptoms gone and except for liver stheatosis and beginning of diabetes 2 The insurance complained that the treatment was not needed and refused to pay indicating that they even doubt on the treatment itself Please give an advice
