My periods was dealing 6 days. Did a pregancy test it showed negative. Did a blood test, HCG level showed 18.5. Next day I got my periods. Will I be pregnant and should I do a blood test again to confirm

It was a low level  and  your  period  also  happened. I don't  see  any  point in  redoing the test.As you  are 40yrs see a Fertility specialist.,you  have  fair chances  of  pregnancy.
