My wife missed her period post marriage and its been 41 days. She was having irregular period cycle before marriage. Her first period cycle post marriage went regular. We decided to take a home hcg test on the 41st day of her missed period cycle and then found a faint line (picture attached) Is this considered a false positive? What should be my next procedure to get rid of her abdominal cramps she was having for 3 to 4 days. TIA!
