Having varicocele 2.5 mm at right side and 3.2 mm at left side, kindly suggest me medicine alopath ir ayurvedic ,does is possible to cure without surgery

Medicines will not cure varicocele...if u r symptomatic or if fertility is an issue only then treatment is needed.
