Sir my daughter have serum test done for typhidot igm. The result is showing positive. She was having light fever. Can this rule out covid19.

No. From Typhidot-IgM report, it is not possible to rule out covid-19. If you want to rule out covid-19 , it is better to do RT-PCR for Covid-19 of Nasopharyngeal swabs.
