I am having so much fear of covid 19...If I have a little cough i fear so much...please suggest whom to I consult...psychiatrist or a general physician. Please help

It is normal for everyone to have anxiety at times of pandemic..especially covid has been so notorious to cause it.. But try to distract urself..have self motivation ...try to have control over ur emotions... Even then if it is difficult ...consult psychiatrist
