Phemonia . No fever . Please suggest what to do? Was also having fluid in liver . That was drained out by a tube but now in lungs too.

Sir you need to be under the care of a doctor . You need further evaluation to find out the cause of fluid in the lungs. If it is compromising lung function then it will have to be removed. But first we need to know the cause.
