Having dizzi feeling with swaying

Past 4 months having dizzy feeling along with neck and upper back pain.pain gets better with excercising but dizzy feeling and pain in legs along with weakness in legs is not going consulted many doctors but nt getting relief in dizziness issue even after taking anti histamines (vertin) eye test also done wearing glasses past 15 days with -1 eye sight for far vision issue still dizziness persist.. Please suggest something
