Having cough

In my x-ray report ,i saw this line Few fibrotic opacities are seen in bilateral upper zones, likely representing sequelae of prior infection.what is this , i just want to know.

Fibrotic opacities are du to healed tissue especially fibrous tissue replaced the damaged lung tissue . It is called pulmonary fibrosis, usually results from infarction or infections with pneumonia or tuberculosis. It can lead to persistent cough, chest pain and difficulty in breathing.
