Take 1. Tab. Azithral 500mg once daily after dinner for 5 days 2. Tab. Xyzal 5 mg once in night before sleep for 5 days 3. Tab. Combiflam twice daily for 3 days 4. Cap. Pan D once daily before breakfast for 5 days 5. Betadine gargles three times a day for 5 days 6. Steam inhalation three times a day for 5 days ( break karvol capsule in water for steam) Avoid cold water , curd , switching between a/c rooms and hot sunny climate If not better in next 2 days or complaint of breathlessness ...
