Having candida infection on tongue

Hello doctor on 20 march 2025 a jhola chhap give me dexamethasone and multivitamin but syringe are used not new that's why I took PEP on 21 march 2025 for 28 days and have all base line test for hiv and last test duo on 28 nov.2025 was negative but still I have candida infection with anal infection what is the reason behind this please suggest me

Use candid mouth paint. Check if there is other immunosuppressive states like Diabetes. Maintain good oral hygiene
