Hi, welcome to Practo. According to your complaints as you mentioned here it's not clear where is lump, it's painful or not, external or internal. Because if lump is external then it may be Lipomas, lymph gland swelling, cyst, aneurysm etc. The treatment of different kinds of lump is different.
