Greetings everyone, my father went with Hernia operation on 23rd Dec'17 and now its been 17 days the stitches have not been removed because hospital says that stitches yet not healed and need another 4 days to recover completely. But they have removed half stitches which were okay to remove. Not sure if everything going good or not. Please guide what to do and also what to do after stitches are removed . Do my father needs to rest a lot after removing stitches or he can stroll out and walk with no risk.
