I've been experiencing this thing for a long time but this time is severe it won't go away in a bit just like before.. I've can hardly breathe for 2 days straight and I kept yawning just to let an air goes in to my heart? I don't really know either... and sometimes when I breathe deeply my body goes numb and my lips starts to tremble and my head or skull feels like somethings preckling over it and I'm dizzy after that.
