Hard time peeing & Blood in Urine

2 days ago I walked into a flooded area(flood is up to my waist). When I got home I immediately took a bath. But the day after that until now, I am experiencing pain everytime I pee and an never ending urge to pee but my pee is so little. Today, my pee has a blood in it. Dark red. What does it mean? Btw my period is due tomorrow so I'm also experiencing abdominal cramps. & I don't think that the blood is because of my upcoming period because this is the first time I experienced this. Thankyou.

Hi.. Ur having urine infection All ur symptoms  including  blood in urine is related to UTI Pls do urine routine examination  and urine culture  and sensitive
