Sir for loose motion i took antibiotics(rifagut) for 7days now loose stools are ok but stool are hard and bulky,due to this I'm getting pain in anus region and also bleeding while going to poop, now what i should do to overcome this problem

Kindly take plenty of  fibres in diet, avoid spicy food and non veg diet, take stool softener , do sitz bath. if symptoms persist needs physical examination by surgeon
