Hard stool after pile & fissure surgery
It has been 11 days since I got my surgery done.
But I am getting hard stools, I take all precautions eating plenty of fruits, water and soft diet. Still have to apply so much pressure
while passing stool.
Can these hard stool make my wound more complicated ?
1. Continue High fiber intake in the form of salad, green leafy vegetables, fruits.
2. Syrup Looz 3 tablespoons at bed time. This is help soften the stools.
3. Avoid non veg for some time
