I am having hard plaque in my teeths
So how do I remove it at home itself
Can water pik flossers can remove it?
you need to get the scaling done and then start using the water pik to maintain the same so that it wont gt accumulated in further and the water pik most of the times is used instead of a dental floss so it wont help u in removing the tar or calculus
