Hi, I have got some hard knots under skin in stomach region, front and back and on upper legs front and back. I discussed this with some people most of them say like these are normal and cholesterol knots. I have grown up weight with 84 kg for 5.8 fr height. Please let me know what this could be and if dangerous

It is genetically occurring.. It can be softened by regular whole body oil massage by own using warm sesame oil just before bath
