Hello there, its not uncommon to vomit after a binge drink of alcohol but the amount of it has to be quantified as in how many times?
If its severe, then you might need oral rehydrants like ORS and bed rest. If its intractile and doesnt resolve after antiemetics, you might even require hospitalisation.
Also loss of appetite can never be measured in a single day.
