When i had fight with someone not intentionally. My hands shiver like hell. My heart beat very faster. I cant able to talk properly. Is that normal. Do i need treatment.

You don't need any treatment. It is due to sympathetic activation during times of heightened emotions. It is also called as FIGHT-FRIGHT-FLIGHT reaction
