I am aged 49 years.i could not fold even my fingers,with severe difficulty i am able to fold my fingers.i am also suffering from seizures. i am unable to do my work at home.

It seems you have got pain and stiffness in small joints of your hand. You also must be on seizure medication. Get yourself examined by a physician. Few test which may help are CRP, ESR, Rheumatoid factor, anti CCP.
