Hello there, You need to required some blood tests & Ultrasound​ ( Sonography of whole abdomen and pelvis) for proper diagnosis and treatment. Burning stomach is a sign of Hyper- acidity.& Back pain, abdominal pain is sign of infection of urinary tract or kidney. So do the needful test & Consult me privately.
