Now i am 23. And recently i removed my appendix. Just 5 days ago. My problem is that still now i have faced a pain in my hand vain . In oparetion time nurse put cahnnel in my right hand vain. But i know 1st time is pain but after remove channel pain is autometically removed but still now 5 day cross and my vain is pain and i feel that vain is just have swollen and frozen some vain line.....so what i do now...??

Hi Sometimes the veins of the hands get swollen due to multiple puncture at the veins site for IV route. The swelling usually stays for 4 -5 days. The best way is to apply ice pack over the swollen area 2 - 3 times a day. Topical ointment can also be applied for the same to reduce the swelling.
