I'm having hand problem its painful from past 2 weeks. Can't able to work.some swelling is there. Don't know

It might be due to excessive work. Give rest to your affected hand. Do ice application. Keep your hand above heart level. Do tight crepe bandage .
Next Steps
Rest to your hand( avoid weight lifting, computer works) ice fomentation atleast 3-4 times a day for 2 days.. then start hot fomentation twice daily for 20 min each tab combipara if pain persist

Hand problem is a vague symptom to explain the nature of disease. Please try to explain your condition. like what makes pain to increase, to decrease the pain what will you do , where exactly in the hand pain is whether in fingers or wrist. pain and swelling in hand can be because of lot of conditions ranging from simple overstrain to lot of complex diseases and arthritis. please take some analgesics and take rest , ice pack applicaiton , limb elevation. of not decreasing please contact doctor to get treated of the condition.

Was there any injury or jerk in hand. Did you did some heavy work recently. The probable cause for pain  and swelling may be soft tissue strain
Next Steps
You can start with ice fomentation,  apply crepe bandage for support,  take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine,  apply analgesic ointment locally for pain relief,  avoid heavy work. If pain persisted plan to get one x ray of hand
