I Have Hamstring Muscle injury in left thigh from last 17 days, I visited Max Hospital for consultation and prescribed few medicine i.e, 1) co-rosiflex sachet 2) Hifenac 3) Bravia DSR cap 4) Murine XT cap al for 10 days . But still their no relief yes its better fro earlier but no completely. when I tried to stretch like Dog then not able to do so because its hurt in left muscle or nerves. Any best way to get relief asap.
