Hi, It's been 3yrs, I had fissure which seems to be turned into hamerhoids now. Initially it was not painful while defacation but now it's very painful.also I have observed some foul liquid (water) coming from some time after defacation.Just to let younknow, my kotions are not regular, it's once in two days or sometime regular for 2-3 days.Kindly suggest the best treatment ,as m afraid of operations for the same.
