I have huge hairfall problem and I'm loosing hair form it's roots. What could be the cause of this and please suggest me a permanent solution for this?

Please get an evaluation done for hair fall. Causes are plenty for eg , Anemia , thyroid disorder , nutritional , illness , hormonal imbalance , stress etc. once the cause is ascertained the treatment becomes easier and effective.
