Greetings. You r mistaken. It's just that when you re running or jogging regularly, you'd sweat more and retention of this sweat and dust may make you feel your hair have become less silky. Make sure you wash your hair regularly with a shampoo low on chemicals and once or twice a week with an antifungal shampoo. Don't stop running or jogging.
