Hi You seem to be having a condition called pityriasis amantaciea. The scaling of the scalp has coalesced to form thick plaques. You need to start a tar or salicylic acid lotion overnight and then wash off. This may need a few days to clear. You may need to take antifungal tablets as well. N/b uvb photo therapy should be useful as well. Please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products
