Hair problem and musturbation problem

My hairs are changing colour and becomes dull and some hairs turns white . I have a problem of musturbation.I am addicted to this. I do this daily or 6 time a week .. Is this the reason of my hair colour . And how to get rid of this .. because i didnt get sleep without this many times . I am MIT final year student and I am preparing for compitative exams ..i am at home full day and only doing studies Please look into this 🙏🙏
