Subh Arogya, Take smashed curry leaves and boil them in coconut oil....apply this oil over scalp at night and wash in morning. Also put 2 drops of same oil in both nostrils in morning(search for procedure of nasya online). Regards, Dr. Kaustubh Kane

This is happening due to increased conversion of testosterone to DHT. Thus, hair become weak from their roots(follicles) and acclerate hair fall. The good news is that this is easily treatable with ayurvedic tablets. These tablets block conversion of testosterone to DHT. At the same time, these tablets nourish hair follicles making hair strong and prevent hair fall. Please let me know if you have any other disease or abnormal symptoms. This information is important to arrive at perfect prescription. Regards Dr. Omkar Balkrishna Shahapurkar Pune

Hi there....I can understand your concern. Thin hair, hair fall could be due to many reasons like hereditary, stress, thyroid disorders, anemia, pcod, recent fever, vitamin deficiency, seborrhic capitis. You will require detailed clinical examination and further investigations. So kindly consult nearby dermatologist for further evaluation. Conservatively at home, don't use hot water while having head bath. Use only lukewarm water. While drying your hair, don't scrub too much or use hair dryer. Just pad with towel.
