Hair Loss & Boils on Head

I have been losing hear since the past 4 years. Tried monoxidil but it led to rash on my head and gave me several boils. Stopped this since the past 3 years but the boils keep occuring on my head. When i shave my head the boils go after a few days but as soon as my hair regains normal length they keep reappearing. My scalp has always been oily so this leads to additional irritation. Controlling the hair loss is secondary, Can you pls help with getting rid of the boils.

Use Endruff shampoo. Do not apply anything else on hair till boils settle. Shampoo every other day.
