Hair loss daily and split ends in each single hair.My hair are becoming thinner day by day.please suggest some good oil and shampoo

what u need is a good nourishing diet,any oil n shampoo wont help much. just check that u do not have dandruff, check yr family history if any of yr parent has same kind of history of hair falling.else consult a dermatologist
